我国高度重视氢能产业,持续强化政策支持,推动核心技术不断突破,已成为全球氢能产业供应链最完整、应用场景最丰富、发展潜力最大的国家。目前,行业发展的主要矛盾已从技术突破转向产业化、规模化,氢能产业正加速从示范应用迈向规模化商业推广,处于关键发展期。
北京市亟需紧抓产业发展关键转折期,大力推动优势场景规模化,持续提升关键技术产业化,积极推进产业建设体系化,抢占全球氢能产业发展高地。在此背景下,北京市紧抓机遇,成立北京氢能创新中心,致力于推动我国氢能行业快速降本增效和产业高质量发展。
中心组建
为加速氢能产业商业化进程,实现产业链供应链降本增效,推动氢能产业高质量发展,在北京市经信局和大兴区政府的支持下,由清华工研院、国家能源集团、北京燃气集团等领军单位牵头组建,北京氢能创新中心应运而生。
中心秉持"问题导向、技术驱动、协同创新、降本增效"总方针,致力于快速推动氢能行业技术和产品降本增效和商业规模化,坚持优质场景塑造鲜明特色,优质产品赋强势动能,优质生态促协同发展,加快推动首都氢能产业进入市场化规模化运行新阶段。
中心位于大兴国际氢能示范区,占地约8500平方米,结合国家氢燃料电池汽车质量检验检测中心和全球最大的加氢站等核心设施,汇聚龙头企业、高校院所及行业联盟,打造氢能创新高地。

同时打造世界领先水平、可持续高质量运行、产业服务能力领先的氢能产业创新中心;支撑我国形成基本完善的氢能技术体系、标准体系与产业体系,推动行业市场化可持续发展,推动实现产业大规模商业化发展。
中心建设初期以氢能产业当前最具备产业化条件的交通领域作为切入,围绕氢能全产业链降本增效技术路线,形成一套整车正向研发解决方案及先进制加氢一体化绿氢供应方案,打造本地化零部件协同研发创新模式,拉动优质供应链本地化产业集聚。同时开展亮点场景打造、产业大数据平台建设及产业关键前瞻性技术布局规划等任务,最终完成全产业降本增效的核心目标。
Background of Establishment
Hydrogen serves as an ideal medium to promote the clean and efficient utilization of traditional fossil fuels and support the large-scale development of renewable energy. It is gradually becoming an important pillar of the global energy revolution and energy transition. On September 25, 2025, China put forward its new nationally determined contribution targets at the United Nations Climate Change Summit, calling on all parties to strengthen confidence, fulfill responsibilities, deepen cooperation, and resolutely deliver on its commitments and goals for green development.
China has highly valued the hydrogen energy industry, continuously strengthened policy support, and promoted breakthroughs in core technologies. It has become a country with the most complete supply chain, the most diverse application scenarios, and the greatest development potential in the global hydrogen energy industry. Beijing has seized the opportunity to establish the Beijing Hydrogen Innovation Center, which is committed to driving the rapid cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and high-quality development of China's hydrogen energy sector.
Center Establishment
The Beijing Hydrogen Innovation Center was established with the support of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology and the Government of Daxing District, led by prestigious institutions including Tsinghua University Industrial Technology Research Institute, China Energy Investment Corporation, and Beijing Gas Group Co., Ltd.
Adhering to the principle of "Problem-Oriented, Technology-Driven, Collaborative Innovation, Cost Reduction & Efficiency Enhancement", the Center is dedicated to rapidly promoting cost and efficiency improvements as well as large-scale commercialization of technologies and products in the hydrogen energy industry.
Located in the Daxing International Hydrogen Energy Demonstration Zone, the Center covers an area of approximately 8,500 square meters. Integrating core facilities such as the National Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Quality Inspection and Testing Center and the world's largest hydrogen refueling station, it brings together leading enterprises, universities, research institutes, and industry alliances to build a highland for hydrogen energy innovation.
